~ GIVING PROPER NOTICE ~
The law and our lease say . . .
" The notice must be received at least 20 days BEFORE the end of the rental period (the day before the rent is due). "
Most people give notice as soon as they know they are going to be moving and more notice is always a better notice.
A 30 day notice is better and a 40 day notice is best.

~ SHOWING YOUR APARTMENT ~
We show apartments between 9AM & 9PM.
People just want to be in the space for a moment.
Please provide a phone number and email so we can notify you of appointments.
There is a lot of foot traffic on the weekends so be prepared.
The sooner we can rent the apartment the sooner we can stop showing it.
